Tiptoeing

The other day, I happened upon these tulips in front of an office building. So I tiptoed through them, which is not so easy to do when you're wearing Crocs. Just maybe winter is over.

Beautiful shots Ginny. I was weeding in the tulip beds the other day (no Crocs) and realized I was tiptoeing to avoid stepping on the flowers, it took forever to get that song out of my head.

G'Day Ginny, You made me smile. How absolutely wonderful to be tiptoeing through tulips! Aren't Crocs just the greatest!? I wear mine everywhere. Your photos are gorgeous, the flowers have such a vibrant colour. Wishing you a happy week. God bless. With love and care from Kerrie. xOX

When I think of tulips I always think of Amsterdam, Holland! There is no more beautiful patch of tulips anywhere in the world than what you will see from the window as you land there. I'm not sure what Croc's are ... but if they hinder the tip-toeing, just kick them off. ☺

You should have let Phil hold your Crocs while you tip-toed through the tulips with wild abandon. However, the photos are wonderful even with your limitations!!

Best,
Bonnie

I love tulips and I always think of Tiny Tim and Tiptoe through the Tulips! Our neighbor's little grandson "picked" all of his pretty tulips!

Pretty flowers and verse (I need another pair of croc's) My sister-in-law gave me a pair which didn't fit) and though they weren't brand new, they are the most comfortable I've ever worn. I did post late last night (sheepish smile) Now who could forget tip Toe Through the Tulips!!

Hi Ginny, Those are beautiful red Tulips. I presently have pink and white Tulips blooming and had some orange and yellow and red ones out earlier. Spring is in full bloom! It is a rainy grey day so I especially enjoyed seeing that splash of red on your blog here. Have a great day!

Pretty flowers and I don't even mind having that song stuck in my head, but, the vision of Tiny Tim who, in my opinion was not a particularly attractive man, has got to go :)

Tulips are such pretty flowers. They just do not last long enough. These red ones are stunning. Thanks for your visit and comment on Blue Monday. That was a public bathroom. No matter, I am not a TV person anywhere. I hear enough bad things without watching more on TV.

Such vibrant color. The squirrels or moles have eaten all the tulip bulbs here.

Beautiful tulips! I've never grown any of my own, but I'd love a whole garden of them!

Thanks so much for your prayers! It's great to have electricity after having none for almost five days. But we know that what we suffered is nothing compared with the destruction and loss of life in other places.

The minute detail in your close ups are amazing! Yes, I think spring is finally pushing through. Blessings, Joanne

I hope your weather is better where you live! The tulips are beautiful... I went back to see the swan today with my camera and guess what, the nest was empty! I'm going back tomorrow to see again. My son thinks I have totally lost it!

Ginny I so love tulips. I come from Albany, NY which was settled by the Dutch and every year we had a tulip festival. Such splendid colors. I truly miss that. However I did buy some lovely white tulips earlier this year and enjoyed them. Here on the Gulf Coast of Fl we are having summer temps, high
80 and into the 90s. So Spring has left but did leave lovely memories. Blessings.
