Worth A Shout

Here is what we saw when we looked up in the sky tonight on our way home from church. What a special treat! The sky was very clear and there was a perfect half moon. Not big enough to howl at yet, but certainly worth a shout!

Shout to the Lord, all the earth, let us sing.
Power and majesty, praise to the King;
Mountains bow down and the seas will roar
At the sound of Your name.
I sing for joy at the work of Your hands,
Forever I'll love You, forever I'll stand,
Nothing compares to the promise I have in You

wow.. does the moon really look like that.. your camera is really high tech... with my camera, it can only take a dot.. or perhaps nothing at all..
Yes, shout to the Lord all the earth, let us sing!

I think (like Reanaclaire) that your camera must be fantastic to get shots like these! Loved them!!

BTW, I forgot to answer one question of yours. Yes, large spiders are common in my hometown and surrounding areas. But only small ones are seen in the city where I live.

I am amazed at our moon! I know I'm kind of old to be just discovering it, but as each day passes and the moons' phases change, so does the depth and character of the moon's surface. Until my camera, I didn't know about this, I just love it! You have some really great shots there!
