The Fog

Last Thursday, we got up very early and drove to a doctor appointment. It was foggy!

A barn?

A church?

Road work...

An old stone wall with another church

A field of trees.

Back on the way home, it was beginning to clear. Another church...

Cabins in the woods.

By the time we got off the interstate, almost all the fog was gone. And look what we saw at the exit. What was going on? We went down and took a look. And you will see on my next post!

“We don’t yet see things clearly. We’re squinting in a fog, peering through a mist. But it won’t be long before the weather clears and the sun shines bright! We’ll see it all then, see it all as clearly as God sees us, knowing him directly just as he knows us!”

1 Corinthians 13

It is just like our life's event...beginning we do not see clearly but in the end we have a clear picture. Its a lovely field of trees.

It's lovely when the fog lifted. Difficult to drive in a fog

That looks quite foggy. Recently, I went through thick fog on my way to work. It was very scary to drive! I wonder what was going on at the exit. Maybe a fair? I look forward to your next post :-)

So amazing isn't it when we can find beauty in the midst of fog? Makes me think of life. It seems foggy or dark sometimes, but still there is a lesson to learn and it makes us cling more to our Father God

Nice Scripture connection, Ginny! Driving in the fog would not be my idea of a good time. It is horrid! Glad you made it there and back safely.

The foggy scenes add a certain charm to the picture.

Perfect Bible verse today. I love all your pics but the one you used in the header is my favorite. You have our curiosity up now for tomorrow!

Ginny, these are wonderful. I always love foggy photos. Fog has the same effect as snow...it improves anything.

I also think my boys would love the Orbital Grill. :-) Fun.

Indeed it was very foggy, Ginny.. it must be very early in the morning.. but all looks good when it is clear, yes! But God sees us all the time.. whether it is foggy or clear...

Not always easy driving in such circumstances.

I like the header pic. Also the old farmhouse with the modern building in the background. Old and new. Great verse to go with your pics. Is it a car sale? just guessing....

Hi Ginny, What a lovely post...I love that last bit at the end. An important lesson to learn. Quite a fog you had to drive through...thank goodness you got through it safely. :)

My mom has been have a some issues leaving a comment on your site. She keeps getting a message that her profile has be blocked as spam, but it is not happening on any other blogs. Perhaps it is just a glitch, until then she asked me to pass along this message she wrote for you:

"Dear Ginny, I am sorry that my post on site about the lemon did not go through. I did use one lemon, without seeds or skin, in this drink. I wish you lived closer so I could make this for you and share it with you.
It really was good, like a lemonade, coconut slushy. I hope you enjoy it. xo Catherine"

...Well have a very lovely day. Thank you for all your sweet comments and kind words.

Toodles,
