Stripes

It rained this evening. As always, the sunset is so much more beautiful after rain. Here are the pictures in the order that I snapped them. Brilliant blue and pink stripes.

“Sing to God a thanksgiving hymn, play music on your instruments to God, Who fills the sky with clouds, preparing rain for the earth…”

Psalm 147

Magnificient colors.
To answer your question from my blog... the event for our area is over.
Gordon Cruden the man who is riding his motorcycle through 50 states in 30 days is in Washington state tonight, then on into Canada and to Alaska. Crazy and physically hard on the body. That's almost 1000 miles a day!
My husband and our friend Don helped cook hot dogs before the program where Gordon explained his project.

One thing is sure, you get such beautiful skies where you are. Nothing like that here, maybe a nice sunset but not spectacular like that.
