Stag Party

The Staghorn Sumacs are at their best now. Here are the ones around here. They are brilliant and deep. I even made the color lighter on a few photos, so you wouldn't think I had edited them to make them so colorful.

These clusters of  furry crimson red  seeds are called Drupes.

“God, brilliant Lord, your name echoes around the world.”
Psalm 8

I have seen this when living in East Texas. Not seem much here tho. These are such a pretty, bright color.
