Farm Art

Awhile ago, we passed this farm store that was selling field rakes. Living surrounded by country and farms, there are a lot of farm stores around. They had a lot of these rakes in their parking lot, so we pulled in to look.

I thought"Wow, farm equipment art!"

Here are some that were in actual use.

“They’ll trade in their swords for shovels, their spears for rakes and hoes. Nations will quit fighting each other, quit learning how to kill one another.”

If you did not mention, I wouldn't have known these are rakes! They make beautiful arts and very bright and attractive!

They do make for excellent art. I think they look better as art than they do on the tractor.

Wow, who knew rakes would make fine art? :-) They look spectacular especially with clear blue sky in the background!

Oh wow, talk about a great visual effect. You do spot the most interesting finds Ginny, and then turn them into works of art in your photos. I love those bright, vibrant and contrasting colors.

Wow these are cool. You have a great eye for spotting "art" in unusual subjects like this farm equipment. They remind me of big metal sunflowers. Loved these.
