The Steps

Look what we came across. Piano keys! But look closer. These are really STEPS painted like a piano!!

And even stranger, they lead to nothing! They stop at a chain link fence, see? Thoughts?

Sing us a song, you're the piano man
Sing us a song tonight
Well, we're all in the mood for a melody
And you've got us feelin' alright

Billy Joel

“The very steps we take come from God; otherwise how would we know where we’re going?”
Proverbs 20

Very interesting however it is a great pity they lead to nowhere.

Isn't that interesting? Bet there is a story there, I would love to know what it is. We may never know. Perhaps it is someone's memorial to a loved one who loved music and the steps don't have to lead anywhere.

Well that's very clever how they painted them but I wonder why they lead to nothing. Would love to know the story behind these

perfect for exercise if a person knows how to play music, just dance up and down and play a song and get fit. i bet that is what they are for. it is really cool as a piece of art or to walk up and down...

Wow, what unusual and lovely steps!
But it sure is very strange that they lead to nowhere. Can be construction in progress and more steps coming? Or maybe it's an art piece meant to be just display. Either way, they are very pretty :-)

Odd, I think. Perhaps when the steps were built before the fence was put in, they were meant to lead somewhere musical...:)JP

I say this often, Ginny, and I'm sure that many other friends note and appreciate your work in connecting your blog posts with scripture, but I do love your posts and scripture. I know that it takes time to find something and connect it to scripture...THANKS!!!!

So the Piano Stones don't lead anywhere???? Are they in someone's yard? Maybe there is a musician who lives there????? Interesting.

Hugs,
Betsy

How whimsical! That's a great idea, even if they don't lead anywhere.

Very unique, but unfortunate that they don't seem to serve a purpose.

Dear Ginny, That is something. I could picture Fred Astaire dancing on them.
I hope you are feeling better. I am keeping you in my prayers. Catherine

Someone decided to do something different and unique. I am sure there is a reason, but it is definitely different. Trust all is well with you.

I guess if one isn't going anywhere, they might as well enjoy the trip there...
