Puzzling Pink Planters

When we drove by these planters that look like pink teacups, I was enchanted. Good thing I had my camera with me.

One has a white butterfly on it, and the other has a white bird.

But take a much closer look. They are made from tires that were paited pink! Even the handles are strips of tires!

I am thinking this is a super way to recycle tires and a person could created these and sell them quickly. not this person, mine would not look like that. I really like the giant pink teacups. and I would like to have a set of those swivel chairs on my porch

What inspired work. REally thoughtful and adorable, in the outcome. :-)

And neat blog look too.

Okay I love aqua but that is too much even for me. Love the tire idea - not so sure about the color. You look like you live in Florida!

That's some clever recycling for sure but I'm not wild about the color.
To each his own.
Great capture.

That is really neat! I love tea cups, and I love PINK! How creative that they are made out of tires. Now, I'm wondering what that stand is right next to it, a mailbox maybe? That quote is true isn't it? I've been doing lots of yard work, and it's hard on the back. You always find the most unusual and interesting things in your neighborhood.

Have a wonderful rest of the week, Ginny.

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
