Burst

We were parked on the side of a road by a field. Waiting for the sunset, of course. And I saw these lovely weeds bursting into puff balls, spreading seeds everywhere. It may have been even better than the sunset.

Just for fun...

“And may The Strong God—may he give you his blessings, Blessings tumbling out of the skies, blessings bursting up from the Earth…”

Genesis 49

Not only did you get fantastic photos but they provided you with entertainment while you waited for the sunset. I like the second one the best. It has a golden glow look to it

They look like milkweed!! When I was a kid, I collected the seed pods of the milkweed and sprayed them with glue/glitter and decorated our Christmas tree once...it was beautiful.

Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours!!!

When we were kids, we blew these for hours. One way to entertain yourself as no toys.

Those tiny silky hair, each with a seed attached, make for beautiful photos.

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
