Mouthy

Meet our kitty Simba. Tuesday morning, we will be taking him to the vet for mouth surgery, because the vet says Simba is in pain. He has a history of gum disease, and he needs a loose tooth pulled.

Meet our other cat Sun. He has perfect teeth. The vet says some cats never have mouth problems, and some have it a lot. Sun doesn't know how lucky he is.

Right now, Simba is sleeping peacefully and has no idea of his approaching dental work. I hope it all goes well and he will feel much better afterward. Sweet dreams, pretty boy

Oh Simba, I'm sorry you have to have your dental done. But it should make you feel better. I hope it will all go smoothly!
Niko is the one always having dental issues. We brush teeth and all but he still manage to build tartar.

he looks so sweet sleeping in that chair. :) so glad he will be feeling better soon! our vet told us the same thing about our pups..some just have better teeth than others. Rocket broke part of his tooth off and Roxy has excellent teeth and she's eleven yrs young and has never had her teeth professionally cleaned. I try to brush their teeth, it's so much fun! LOL!

Poor baby. Hope the surgery goes well and hope Simba feels better soon. I had cats when I was a teenager. Not sure I remember any of them having mouth problems...

You have two gorgeous 'babies'...

Hugs,
Betsy

You asked if my Hubby was in pain....His ribs are painful getting in and out of bed and trying to life some things. Thankfully nothing was broken just deeply bruised. His face hurts but thankfully it wasn't any closer to the eye. That was so scary.
Thanks for your concern.
Love the kitty photos.

Hope all goes well! Our kitty Baxter had to have several teeth pulled a few years ago. He feels much better now, even if he looks goofy without his incisors.
