Please Interpret

This is one of my favorite paintings! I saw it hanging in a Red Robin, and took these shots of it. Any white spots are reflections from the ceiling lights. But what IS it? What is going on? Some sort of solemn service in the rain? Any thoughts would be appreciated!

“I dreamed a dream,” Pharaoh told Joseph. “Nobody can interpret it. But I’ve heard that just by hearing a dream you can interpret it.”

It is a very colorful painting. Its interpretation I have no clue. It looks like one blue blankets weaves around all of the people. I wonder who the artist is? Hope someone can come up with a good idea as to its symbolism.

A nice painting but I have no clue about it's meaning. Were you able to see an artists signature on it? Maybe you could find out who the artist is and research it online.

I think it's an ode to spring. Still rainy and a little chilly but people are out and flowers are beginning to bloom. There's hope in the air!

You are the best at challenging us so often. Regardless, it would make a super Blue Monday feature.

I see paintings as usually in the eye of the beholder. I see one blanket embracing us all out of the doldrums of winter and into the color and wonder of spring. To me it means life will always get better if you wait long enough. Hugs, LJ

It's a lovely painting with beautiful blue color! I have no idea what is going on, but it seems they are trying to avoid direct sunlight :-)

I think it is strange...maybe this was just a way to use their favorite colors together...
