They are bird footprints, can you see? A small delight that you can only see in the snow.
When we came home later, we saw this on the roof.
Squirrel footprints. They like to scamper around the roof, then sit in the gutter and eat whatever has blown there. My day was MADE with just these two sets of footprints.

The birds have a hard time inding food when it snows so hope you are helping them Have a great weekend.
So you must not have heard the little bird knocking at your door to ask if he could borrow a cup of seed :)
I always like seeing tracks running through my yard. Usuaully it's rabbit tracks. I've never spotted any on my roof though
We will never get to see these footprints in the snow. Have a beautiful day, Ginny!
First off, the "in the pink" sky images in the previous post are all OUTSTANDING!!
And your footprints in the snow....sweet!!!!
Looks realy birdprints very nice.
at first i thought you had a visit from Big Bird, but to small for him. and that reindeer were on your roof, but to late for them... i wonder if the little squirrels were a slippn and a slidin in that snow. glad you saw them before they melted
You are funny - that it made your day - it would not make mine! We have had so many squirrels get in the house! Real work to get them out Ginny!
i love finding these cute little footprints in the snow...when we woke up to our snow on wed, i had to run outside to take the trash out and saw little squirrel tracks across the driveway...made me smile :)
I just really love the way you observe so many things everyday!! The quote is inspiring, I'm copying it. Have a great day.

Sooooo sweet to see those wee footprints in the snow! I did see kitty cat paw prints in our yard but didn't get a photo!
We are to receive 8 inches tonight. :-)
I am not sure if the zoo is run on donations? I know we have a free zoo about 45 minutes from us and it receives help from businesses.
