Street Art

For the last few years, our city has been having a street art festival once a year. This year, the artists painted a downtown building and wall.

I do not know the meaning of these white streaks the artist painted on her face. Any thoughts?

Apparently, the artist of this wall goes by the name of Kimchi Juice?

“Just as a painter needs light in order to put the finishing touches to his picture, so I need an inner light, which I feel I never have enough of in the autumn.”

I just love street art if it is well done. I always wonder at how they see what they are doing at such close quarters.

I don't know what the white streaks would be for but it's an impressive painting. That's a very talented artist.
I like seeing stuff like this on the sides of building rather than graffiti

We have quite a bit of the wall murals in the city next to where I live. I love it!

we have a lot of murals here, I don't take photos because I don't feel safe in down town, which is where they all are... there are some we see when driving but our traffic doesn't allow for stopping to take photos. I would have to walk in to take a pic. not sure about the white things but it is a talented artist for sure... I am a huge fan of murals

Both of these murals are beautiful. What a neat way to beautify the city.

I have no idea about white streaks but it's very dynamic painting! The second one is adorable. Kimchi Juice is an interesting artist name :-)

Wrinkles or light?

So cool - do they do that every year? Is the old washed off and then it starts all over again?

Fun to see the murals. People are so talented! I often think how do they do that on such a large scale?

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
