You all know the house by now. They re-paint it and decorate it lavishly for every holiday. But Halloween may be the most outlandish of all. Two photos show the lady of the house snapping it and the little girl who lives there. Think she has nightmares? She is so little!
And after dark. Plus the spider web is all lit up.
They keep changing it and putting more stuff out. Every time we pass it, there is some little difference.
"We make up
horrors to help us cope with the real ones."

I'm still fascinated they they repaint the house. They really take decorating seriously!
That's a lot of decorations. I see they even have dripping blood painted on the house. You would think these decorations would be terrifying to a little one. They sure do go all out.
Wow! They must spend hours just planning what to do for each holiday. And repainting all the time is no small feat!
The Halloween vibes are so good there
Wow...so much time and cost in decorating this home. I suppose they enjoy the thrill of adding more and more. Quite interesting. I'm sure that by adding a little at a time, keeps people interested in what they will add next.
my son Dan would love this house. he collects dragons, so that one might go home with him. ha ha... I am wondering if all this is why we have so many kids growing up and doing mass shootings. with free access to the entire world there world is not what we grew up in, only because we could not SEE our world. no TV no Computer, no phone. it was there but not in the face all their lives. I am sure it has to do some harm other than the purse strings which is always my first thought. they are truly decorators with talents
Oh my, Ginny, that's a good question....if the little daughter has nightmares. I'm not too fond of the blood on the white walls. The lit-up spider probably looks cool at night. You always find something interesting to share in your neighborhood. : )

How many coats of paint does that house have by now ??? living there would give ME nightmares ;) ... But I suppose if that little girl has grown up with the tradition, she's got gradually used to it!!
I'm sorry that I am a "Debbie Downer" but I can't stand all that horror and to me, Ugliness..Sorry...

Wow! that is a lot of work!
It's a really impressive display! I think my favorite is the dragon but it's all excellent for Halloween. I am not one for this holiday, but I can appreciate all the hard work that goes into something like this, and fun to take photos of and share. Thanks Ginny! The Steven King quote has a lot of truth behind it.
Sorry, but I just don't get it!! Way over the top.
Wow that's quite a house of horrors! My favorite, the tentacles coming out the windows of the house.
Sorry but I think that's grotesque! Just too much. As a child that would have scared me so badly, I would not have been able to sleep with a light out. Ugh! xoxo
