Here are some pumpkins around town. You may remember our next-door neighbor has a tiny pumpkin patch by our driveway. They finally cut it back.
They now have the pumpkins lined up on a fence.
I thought this was cute. A neighbor put some on a decorative chair.
I loved how the light was on these.
Cucurbita!
SO orange!
Hay there!

So beautiful, Ginny. The last one made me smile π
I love the smile on that last one. π❤️
They've got a nice assortment of pumpkins. Are they selling them or just using them for decoration?
They all look so cute! I love seeing pumpkins decorating houses and yards in the Fall.
Love the quote!! Isn't it amazing all the different types of pumpkins that are out there...the grown real pumpkins and well as those that we design ourselves?
Wonderful photos, Ginny! Oh, I meant to say when I answered your kind comment on my blog that Danny took the best fall photos featured there. Blessings!
I spy a black/green pumpkin in one of your pictures. Really attractive pictures Ginny.
I LOVE the hay bale pumpkin!!
So many cute displays of pumpkins in your neighborhood, Ginny. That is so neat that your neighbor has a small pumpkin patch. And the pumpkins are growing nicely. I like the ones on the chair. That is the strangest looking one with something growing all over it. Have never seen anything like it before. And that is one smiley pumpkin at the end. I love that quote, and I used it on a blog post many years ago. It's a good one. I can't believe it will be November soon!

Hello Ginny, and hay there to you too ;) What a lovely collection of pumpkins you found for us! You have captured them beautifully! I always enjoy the different kinds we see now, though my favorite will always be the orange ones. The photo you chose for your header is great!
So many pumpkins. And beautiful lighted ones.
Now I got a craving for pumpkin soup
I had never heard the word cucurbita before. Had to Google it.
See, I learned something new, haha.
I love me a good pile of pumpkins π
