There were a lot of trick-or treaters on Halloween! The couple across the street sat out with their little dog, and all the costumed kids were drawn to them.
An angel came flying down the street.
Our Mariachi Band saw all of this from the window.
And then we had a witch visit.
The witch turned out to be our youngest granddaughter. The other two were out at parties.
I liked the purple boots!
Just coming through the door.
They brought their dog Vivian, who was always looking for treats!
We got a photo of Phil, me, and Jazz.
Meanwhile, back at college, our oldest granddaughter Anne Marie was off to a party. She was some kind of female Darth Vader.
And so it goes on Halloween Eve 2025.
“Halloween is the
only night when a moth in a cape, a gnome in glitter, and a duck with fangs can
walk into a party and no one bats an eye.”

Dear Ginny, I really love the photo of you, Phil and Jazz!!!
Love seeing the trick or treaters and Vivian is an adorable dog!
I also love the Mariachi Band and how you creatively incorporated it into your blog header!
Love the picture of you and Phil. Their dog looks like our beloved Disco. The girls are growing up.
I love the picture of you, Phil and Jazz. Looks like everyone had fun!
We had only 2 trick or treaters. Our grands came the night before, so it was a quiet night.
Those are great costumes your granddaughters came up with. Especially enjoyed the one of the three of you. Loved all your photos of the festivities. Your Mariachi Band is a fun collection. Vivian is a cute little dog.
