Beautiful rain soaked leaves! The pink leaf is very unique!
I so agree with you. I love seeing water drops on leaves and flowers. It started raining here last night and I see it's still at it this morning. Nothing heavy, just more of a light sprinkle
I like this. Colorful & pretty.
You did a great job of capturing the raindrops on the leaves.
absolutely gorgeous. the colors, the plants and the drips, drops and run offs. all beautiful..
Yes, these are beautiful, and then when the sun peeks out, the droplets shimmer like diamonds! Great photos.
How pretty Ginny! Wonderful closeup photos of the flowers.
To answer your question about the tiny windows on the castles in Ireland, they are called arrowslits. During an attack, they allowed an archer to shoot arrows through the narrow opening without giving the enemy much of a target to shoot back at, so yes, they were a good form of defense against their enemies. Also yes, those are calla lilies in the garden.
Oh yes. These leaves would be pretty at any time but the rain sure adds to that beauty.
And you have captured them beautifully with these delightful photos Ginny.
Both George and I love to take pictures of our flowers/plants AFTER a rain... The raindrops are always so unique....
We have had about 4 inches of rain here at home in the past couple of days... Mercy Me...

I agree that’s one of the good things about rain. And it’s the best when the water sparkles with sunshine :-) Such beautiful captures!
I love, love, love that.
