How funny! They must be yelling out of fear and defence... :)
I have never even heard of these birds before, and they are so cute marching across the road, we don't have these, but we have ducks that do this a LOT.. you said to their yard, so these must not be wild but domestic
Well aren't they interesting looking birds. Are they normally fenced in somewhere that they escaped from? At least they all stick together and travel in a group
Great shots of these extraordinary birds. I have seen them up close at a fall festival vthey were in a coup. Their feather patterns are truly beautiful.
I also meant to say that your header shot is beautiful! A lovely portrait of the bird with such a pretty background.
They shouldn't be fussing at you since you were simply trying to see them safely home{ You got some great pictures/
I haven't heard or seen these birds before. I like the header shot and the one which they turned around to tell you off!
LOL ... they are so funny!
Haha! So fun and always such a delightful surprise to see something like this!
That is comical. I don't remember seeing guineas, but we sure have a lot of Canadian geese here and they will block out driveway to the apartments sometimes.
LOL... Look like they should have their own pedestrian crossing...!
Those Helmeted Guinea Fowl don't have to good of a personality there do they?
Love that quote gets you to thinking.
Another great and entertaining adventure. I am going to have to get out more.
They look like miniature soldiers off to war.
How cute! Your photos are wonderful.
