The Glitter

Did you know that there is glitter deep inside a chicory flower? I didn't, until I took it's picture.

All that is gold does not glitter,
Not all those who wander are lost;
The old that is strong does not wither,
Deep roots are not reached by the frost.
J.R.R. Tolkien

I have never seen a chicory plant, is this glittering plant one that makes chicory coffee? I may need to grow one... I do have 2 months supply of coffee for just in case.
