Our New Kitchen

Witness our kitchen cabinet doors. Until today, they were very plain. And then, viola, they were transformed!! How did we do it?

It is peel and stick decals!! They come on this roll, and you just peel them off and stick! They can be moved over and over! You can put them on walls, cabinets, or any smooth surface! I got only this one roll because it was the last one left. But I will be buying more and doing the rest of the kitchen!! I LOVE them!! Now we have our own little cafe corner under the coffee maker.

This is all thanks to my blog friend Linda, at Linda's Life journal! She bought some and posted them. Hers were a chef pattern. And she was kind enough to tell me where she bought them!

Now for my question. Do you think I should buy more of the same, or a different pattern, maybe chefs??

That looks so GOOD!!!!
I am on a quest to do all my cupboards and drawers! The beauty is we can change them at will in case we change our minds!!!

That is such a fun way to decorate your kitchen Ginny. I think the chef decorations would be fun also. Whatever you decide I would love to see the finished work. My old cabins could do with a little cheering up like this.

what a fun way to change things up! if they have holiday stickers then it would be a fun way to decorate for the holidays. :) and this is a great way to include kids to help in decorating. :)

I love them - well I wouldn't do them on every cabinet but maybe on another one of two. So where did you get them?

Oh my gosh, what an easy way to brighten up a kitchen. I really like that they can be moved and changed. I love this pattern but then I haven't seen the chef ones.

Cute. My art teacher has paintings all over his kitchen cabinets.... birds, animals, flowers, swirls, shapes... mind boggling bright colours. I love it!

I absolutely love that you've done that with a decal. My wife has been pestering me to liven up the kitchen and dining room. I suggested using something like your decals on the walls and the cabinet. Not that she has seen that you've done it, it might persuade her to come around and let me try it.
