Gone To Pot

One thing I miss in the cold weather is the pretty stacks of colorful flower pots outside the stores. To me, they represent summer. Here are some I snapped this summer.

“If you only look at us, you might well miss the brightness. We carry this precious Message around in the unadorned clay pots of our ordinary lives. That’s to prevent anyone from confusing God’s incomparable power with us.”
2 Corinthians

I like the colourful flower pots too. Over here the common flower pots are not so colourful. Mostly brown and some black.

You know, I had not thought about it, but I think I associate the stacks with summer, too. And I for sure think they make pretty decorations.

It does look nice and summery in the pictures, but it's been warm for so long now I don't mind so much having some fall temps.

Such pretty colors. I've always loved the look of big pots of flowers on porches or steps. I've tried to have them but everything always ends up dead for me. I have a wee bit of a problem staying on a regular watering schedule :)

I like the colorful flower pots you've shared with us. Cold weather hasn't arrived here, so we still have flowers blooming in containers.

I love all the colorful pots they have out now. I can remember when there wasn't so many colors to choose from.
