A Grocery Store Mother's Day

We were grocery shopping a couple days ago. And they had the cutest Mother's Day balloons, and lots of beautiful flowers. Here are just a few.

The flowers were Orchids. They had regular size ones..

And tiny miniature ones.

And lots of Sunflowers.

I could hardly remember the food we came for!

Those balloons and flowers sound lovely—easy to get distracted! Loved the mom quotes—funny because they’re so true.

What nice balloons those are and the flowers are so pretty. I imagine they'll be selling lots of those this weekend.

Eye catching for sure! I always enjoy store displays that are done nicely. I think that would be a fun job, if that is all I did!

Here, mother's day is celebrated the last Sunday in May. Not sure how much fuss the shops are making of that these days.

Those Orchids are so pretty, especially the Purple ones. It goes nicely for a Header picture. And there's nothing more cheerful than sunflowers. I know what you mean about going to store and seeing so many goodies, and then forgetting what we actually need to get! I've done that many times. ; )

Have a peaceful weekend, Ginny.

**the "silence" quote is really true, isn't it? We know something is not right when our kids are silent.
