Last year I posted the Cherry Blossom Festival in Washington D.C., my hometown. No, I was not actually there. But I thought I would post this year's festival, from my T.V., of course. It is a huge deal there!
The festivities even continued into the night!

Thank you for these wonderful photos Ginny and great quotes :)
Its stunning and incredible photos
I can see that they do make "a big deal" of it there... Personally, I think I prefer just enjoying the trees! :)
That looks like quite a celebration. Fun parade.
It's such a celebration! I'd love to see those cherry blossoms in person.
Wow. A lot of pink for sure! Cherry trees are so pretty while blooming.
That was a HUGE celebration. I love pink myself. And God gave us the cherry trees to admire. Love them.

Even from afar, the Cherry Blossom Festival’s beauty and spirit shine through. Such a special tradition that brings a touch of spring magic to Washington D.C.
So beautiful!
Thank you! Taking pictures of your TV screen about things like this is a great idea.

Holy Cherries, Batman. They go all out. Fun!
Wow, all the Pink! What an elaborate festival in Washington D.C. Those lanterns are so pretty. And Mickey and Minnie are a special treat. Love them both. Looks so dazzling all lit up at night.
