The sunset was really pretty.
But it was not my main point of interest this evening. The kids from across the street were playing in the gazebo.
When mom called them all in at sunset, they were not happy. This one lagged way behind.
Finally on the porch, they protested loudly.
As you can see, mom was getting more and more aggravated.
See the little girl peeking out from behind the door? I think she was trying to slip back out, but decided against it!
And so it goes at a Sunday Sunset on a school night...
“At twilight, the sky whispers bedtime, but children hear
adventure—chasing shadows, fireflies, and every last golden minute before the
stars take over.”

Quite an entertaining evening watching mom and the kids battle it out. Beautiful sunset ๐ photos and poem, Ginny.
Please don’t post photos of people without their permission, especially children. Rita
I sympathize with both the mom and the kids. Playing is more fun than going to school. :)
I usually find the gazebo just like that on the beach. Children often being caught love playing around it
