Festival Part 2 - The Crafts

Now that we have seen the poinsettias, lets go into the other room and look at the craft vendors. First came the wreaths.

These were full of calming herbal scents for babies.

Animal dish scrubbers?

Cute little plant pot huggers

Then there was this booth that specialized in putting decor in unusual containers.

In a little suitcase. I loved this one and would have bought it. But it cost $30.00!

In a bucket

In milk cans

But this is what I bought. Because I liked it. I can keep it out all winter, and it was only $6.00.

It's much smaller than you would think. It fits in the palm of my hand.

That would have been fun to browse through. There's some really nice stuff there. I love the little basket you bought. It's really cute and you're so right. That will be good all winter.

A whole lot of cuteness here. I actually purchased one of those scrubbers and it was a big hit at one of the Christmas parties we have had this year. Great purchase...

That's a delightful little basket you bought with the frosted berries. I like the milk cans because I love candy cane designs at Christmas. It's fun to browse through craft fairs. We find so many interesting homemade things that people have created. Your quote is true, they really are treasure hunts. : )

I always enjoy craft fairs, even if I don't purchase a thing, (which is unlikely) I still love walking the aisles savoring all the pretties!

I love seeing all of the clever crafts and the one you bought is so cute. I really like the size of the basket.
I thought maybe you bought the pink wreath with the red truck and matching ribbon. I really like it and I'm not a fan of a lot of pink but this would have come home with me.

Suitcase display captured the true magic of the fair that are small, unexpected, and delightfully inventive, even if a bit beyond your budget.
