The Chain

Quite a few of you knew the answer to yesterday's post! It is called a Rain Chain, which I had never heard of.

It guides water from the roof instead of a downspout. A decorative alternative to a downspout. This is the only one I have ever seen.

A rain chain is a necklace the house wears for the weather.

I have seen pictures of then in magazines but never actually seen one. A very clever and attractive idea.

I hadn't hear of one before I saw the one someone had on another blog. Otherwise I might not have known what it was.

I love the description of a necklace for the house!

I love it. My old neighbor had a rain chain made up of mini-bells that kind of dumped into each other (if that makes sense). Love it! Diana

Rain chains are popular here. My neighbor has one that are little copper watering cans. Really cute.

Oh my, I've never heard of a rain chain before. I think it's a prettier version of a downspout. Your quote is delightful too! Have a nice weekend, Ginny.
