I think the skeleton hand on the wiper had all its fingers and people have broken them off one at a time. No idea why they would or why anyone wants a skeleton hand on the wiper, but I bet there are thousands of them somewhere in the USA. agree with Sue, you find the most unique things on cars of any one I know of

I did a google on it Ginny and they identified it as a skeleton peace sign for hallowleen normally. Looks like it could be stuck in the ground, except this guy attached it to his windscreen wiper. Fascinating as I said.
