The Redbud trees here have been beautiful this spring. Some of them are a different shade. I believe this is because there are many different kinds of Redbud. Here are the ones around here.

Oh Ginny, these redbud trees are beautiful. They make my heart smile when I see them grace the streets. Yes, some of these are lighter than others. Spring has surely arrived in your area. Such pretty trees. There is only one that I know of in town here and it is in the final days of dying!! Saw a lot of them though on the way to LaVale yesterday.
