And this one is a cookie jar. It may appear smaller than it really was because it was way above my head.

I would never have guessed them to be sponges... There are some really cute designs out there.
I would never have guessed sponges. Now that you told me the one was a cookie jar, I can see where the top would come off.
scrubby songes, of course. Now I see it. I shoudl have guessed cookie jar on the other. I think I thought it was much smaller though
I also would never have guessed they were sponges either. How fun is that. I once saw a sponge that was a strawberry shape. So cute.

Those guitar-shaped scrubby sponges are absolutely hilarious, and they would definitely make doing the dishes feel a whole lot more rock-and-roll! That Gary Gulman quote is completely spot on too, because a cookie definitely needs that sweetness to separate it from the cracker category. It is so funny how the angle of that guitar cookie jar made it look a bit smaller tucked away way up above your head, but it makes for such a unique collectors' piece.
