Sundays latest

Hello my friends. I had a few setbacks and will still be in the hospital a few more days. I talked with the doctor today, and will still need to recover quite a while once I get home. My computer is still not here, as I cannot sit up straight too long, so Phil is typing on the hospitals computer. The Dr. has said that part of my intestines will be a bit damaged maybe forever, so that means I have a 50/50 chance of this returning. If it keeps returning, this would mean major bowel re-sectioning surgery--not good. But the more time goes on, the less chance it will return. I really miss you and look forward to reading your comments when I get home. God bless you all.

Thanks to both of you for keeping us updated! I am sorry to hear that you are still unwell Ginny but glad that they are taking care of you and not sending you home too early. Probably as well that you don't have your computer there or it would be too great a temptation! ;) I hope all goes well, that you'll feel better soon and that the problem will not keep returning. Keeping you in my thoughts and prayers ♥

May the Great Physician continue to touch your body to heal it. May you cast all your anxieties about this on Him and as Ruth said, He will carry you through. Thanks Phil for updating us here in blogland! God give you strength to help take care of Ginny! Hugs sent your way!

I hate that for you Ginny. Did you ask the doctor what caused it and have you had it before - or - is it a brand new illness?

I'm glad they are taking good care of you there and that Phil is there with you.

We all miss you, but want you to get well. So take your time and heal.

Wonder if it is the shots for the knees???

Love,
sandie

Ginny, love. You will no doubt have to follow a special diet when you are finally allowed to go home. Follow it religiously. It's your best armor against a repeat of this terrible occurence. God bless you and thank you so much Phil for posting these updates. We love Ginny so much and there is definitely a group hug happening out here.

Omigosh - G, I have to tell you this. The verification word for this comment is "inard". Kind of appropriate, yes?
