I think it's a supermarket or Home Depot for birds where they can go to find all their nest making material!!

I'm guessing a mesh bag full of 'Nesting Material' to encourage birds to take up residence in your backyard.
It's a very cool idea I've seen and love!

I'm going to agree with Karin and EA and say it's nesting materials for the little birds. They would love to pick and choose their favorite decor.

It reminds me of a wild flower in the budding stage. I'm sure that's not it - but reminds me of one I cut this week and brought home to Frances. I'll be anxious to see what it actually is.
