How glorious a greeting the sun gives the mountains! ~John Muir
Our Blue Ridge Mountains are beautiful anytime, but when there is fog in a pink sky, it is gorgeous! Can you find the birds?
I look up to the mountains; does my strength come from mountains? No, my strength comes from
God, who made heaven, and earth, and mountains.
Psalm 121

Such a lovely beginning to the day.
I really like that second shot!
Isn't it amazing how the sky has 365 individual looks/scenes per year? That's always fascinated me.
oh my gosh, this is so beautiful, I could not find the birds, my eyes are poor today but I can see the beauty of the sky!

Really stunning photos, Ginny. I did find the birds but not till I enlarged the photos.
You are right Ginny, the skies above the Blue Mountains are always beautiful as are the mountains themselves. But you always seem to catch them at the best times to get the most gorgeous shots. I love all the pinks.
Beautiful sights.
What ever time of day it is - that is my favorite time!!!!!!!!
