Footloose And Not Fancy Free

"Pain is inevitable.  Suffering is optional".  ~M. Kathleen Casey

“I have sometimes been wildly, despairingly, acutely miserable, but through it all I still know quite certainly that just to be alive is a grand thing.”  ~Agatha Christie

I bet if you are looking at my pictures, you think I have Pink Eye!  But no,  instead I have blurry vision, a side effect from the nose cauterization.  And it is not getting any better, so I will be calling the doctor tomorrow. In other breaking holiday news; my foot was really hurt during P.T. and the E.R. wrapped it and gave me strong steroids. Fortunately it is not broken, but lots of swelling inside so I need to go to my other doctor to order an M.R.I., as it looks like something may be torn. And what did YOU do over the weekend?

“I’m not trying to get my way in the world’s way. I’m trying to get your way, your Word’s way. I’m staying on your trail; I’m putting one foot In front of the other. I’m not giving up.”
Psalm 17

I'm fairly certain that what you did for the holiday weekend is not on the "approved" list!! So sorry that you are going through these issues. Love your attitude, however.

Best,

Ginny, sometimes putting one foot in front of the other is so hard. My toe problems on my "good" foot are minor compared to what you are experiencing. But it is painful enough to make walking an even greater challenge than before and enough to be an almost constant reminder that you are in need of all the prayers and good thoughts that friends and loved ones can send your way. Continuing in prayer.

Ouch. I have been there for at least problems with my knee where I was wrapped and on crutches. I pray that you may heal quickly with our Heavenly Father's help and good healthy food.

My word, what a terrible way to spend the holiday. Trust things are better soon. I think I could go without any of my senses, better than my eyes. I need a check up on them.

Oh my gosh Ginny, what a horrible way to spend the weekend. And your foot got hurt during physical therapy? That is not at all funny.
