This year, there were many mangers in front yards. Here are just a few around town.
“A Savior has just been born in David’s town, a
Savior who is Messiah and Master. This is what you’re to look for: a baby
wrapped in a blanket and lying in a manger.”
Luke 2

Very nice. Every year I see quite a few of them and I always think about doing a photo series of them. Every year I fail to do that.

they are all beautiful, my favorite is the white one with he shadow on the brick wall... I am now wondering how many of our churches have these, we don't go out much or drive around like we used to so there might be one at every church...
Wonderful!!! I like seeing these!!!
Lovely nativity scenes. Happy new year to you and family!
All of them very nice, but love the one you used as header. Neat.
Beautiful sceneries. I love the white sihoulette ones!
I think all are fabulous. And since we grew up with this belief of a sacred birth place it is now difficult to accept that some past pope has researched and declared the birthplace to be wrong. Will that change things in years to come?
Wow, so many varieties, definitely one for every preference!
I loved seeing these...we did not go for any night drives this year and I missed out on the decorations.
The true reason for the season...I would like to get a anger for my yard one year!
It's nice to see many people recognizing the real reason of Christmas.
I love manger scenes. I didn't put my outdoor one out this year because it is hard to take down and the figures are big. I usually set them up on my porch. I did have my indoor one out and I found a nice small one to send my niece for Christmas carved out of olive wood from the Holy Land that I found at the Home Goods store. She loved it. Wishing you a healthy happy new year to both of you and your family. Hugs, LJ
