The Last Weekend

Last weekend was the last one before school starts. So we gave the girls an end of summer blowout. First, we took them to eat out. Then we went to the little race cars.

Since the miniature golf was at the same pace, we did a bit of that too.

Once home, the little ones performed for us with a toy french horn and harmonica.

My strength is still not back after my surgery.  So Phil took the girls to our local county fair while I stayed home and rested. Boo hoo, wish I could have been there and taken pictures.

These are times those girls will never forget. I do hope your strength returns soon, so you can be part of all the upcoming fun with those girls.

Hard to believe it's time for school to start back up again already. It seems like summer just started.
That sure looks like a fun day.

I always wanted Grand daughters but I got boys, still lovely but quite different from little girls.
So pleased that you are on the road to recovery Ginny, often think of you.

Looks like all had a good time. When I was in school in Virginia, it always started the Monday after Labor Day.
Here, it starts then too.

Best,
Bonnie

Your grand children are enjoying their time out with their grand father. They have grown so much. Have a good rest, quick recovery and you will get to enjoy your time out with the kids!
