Difference Between...

A lot of people around here have burros as yard decoration. So I snapped a few from a couple blocks away to show you. Do you know the difference between a donkey and a burro?

Burro is the Spanish word for Donkey. Nowadays, they are both used to describe the same animal. Donkeys are domesticated and tame, while Burros are small wild donkeys. And that's the difference!

Oops, not a donkey. A Carousel horse! I have never seen one in someone's yard before, so I had to show you!

Say to the daughter of Zion, ‘Behold your King is coming to youGentle, and mounted on a donkeyEven on a colt, the foal of a beast of burden.’”

Matthew 21

I didn't know the difference either. They are all so adorable! That hurricane is looking very scary and I hope it is not as bad as they are predicting, but it's better to be prepared just in case. Please stay safe Ginny!
