I love all your fall ictures and the one in your header is really beautiful.
I have mixed feelings about fall. I love the colors and the cooler temperatures. I don't even mind it getting dark earlier since I go to bed pretty early. I don't like the end of fall when all the leaves are gone and everything looks so dead. Then of course it's followed by winter which I totally dread.
This is such a beautiful post with the artwork and photos and poem. I love to see the changing seasons. I have to say the short cold days of winter are hard for me too. Happy First Day of Fall!!
It is nice to have changing season but over here, we only have sunny and rainy seasons. Beautiful fall pictures!
I welcome fall with open arms, ours is not like yours, but is a break from the horrible heat. Nov we get to wake up to 75 degrees with low humidity and not 8os to 90's, looks the same but feels better. the proble with fall is it brings millions of snowbirds flocking to crowd our streets and stores. at least we are crowded in comfy cool air. love he water front barn and silly kitty at the end.
