Warmth

Today I am extra thankful. Thankful for warmth. I prayed that we would not lose our power, that we would be warm and have food. And that is exactly what happened. God is good. So here are a few pictures that I think look like flames. Can you feel the warmth?

“For here’s what God told me: “I’m not going to say anything, but simply look on from where I live, Quiet as warmth that comes from the sun, silent as dew during harvest.”
Isaiah 18

“Winter is the time for comfort, for good food and warmth, for the touch of a friendly hand and for a talk beside the fire: it is the time for home.”
 ~Edith Sitwell

So many things we take for granted that we forget to be thankful. Thanks for the beauty shared, and a good reminder to be thankful for what we have.
