Finally, here we are at the book fair. Pulling in, we see this.
I persuaded Phil to stick his head in the giraffe.
These women came in with these HUGE dogs!
A Grandpa having fun with the kids.
Finally inside.
Being a Mennonite girl, I was interested in this cookbook.
The photos in it were gorgeous.
The kid's activity room.
Medicine for the soul.

Looks like a great book fair! So....what did you buy? Inquiring minds want to know!
I would love to go to this book fair too! I can go around browsing for hours...
Oh be still my heart! I would think I've died & gone to heaven!
Wow, look at all those books. Love the picture of the Phil giraffe...lol
There is a Mennonite girls can cook blog. So did you buy that book?
Looks like a lot of fun and I am also anxious to know what you bought. The giraffe is such a neat idea.
It looks like a wonderful book fair. I see lots of books and areas for kids. The photo of colorful leaves is really gorgeous! But the photo of Phil in giraffe is the best :-)
love that kids room and my favorite photo is the fox in that room. also love your pet giraffe, ha ha… the greyhounds are beautiful, I wanted to adopt one but bob did not. they are wonderful sweet dogs. I have never seen a cook book that I thought oh, that interest me. ha ha ha ha
There was a time I could have spent a day there...now I don't like to be on my feet that long.
What a great book fair!
That was one heck of a book fair! Looked wonderful. I agree with both of those quotes Ginny. Did you buy any books?
Love it, love a book fair.
I have that Mennonite Girls Can Cook cookbook. These ladies have some really great recipes.
Was it mostly children's books, or all kinds? Hope you had fun!
Both quotes are so true. Lovely outing with your granddaughters.
What a fun time. I would enjoy going to something like this as well.
