We have a couple of simple baskets that came with some fruit in them. We use them to store napkins.
I have 2 rattan baskets, nothing as pretty as yours.
I have baskets galore. Most often I group them together on the wall with one purpose...to hide wall sockets that are not being used.
Well these are quite unique. I have lots of baskets. Some I use to store things and some just sit on a shelf waiting for me to find a purpose for them. I've also gone to my collection of baskets to use for gift giving. It's always fun to get a basket full of goodies.
I have a big basket for dog toys and a big basket to hold the harnesses by the back door and maybe 20 plastic baskets that live in the closet as organizers. But they're all just plain black baskets and these kind of baskets don't interest me because of my OCD part of me. If I had to pick one from today though I would go with the last one
Those are interesting! The wood carved one is amazing. I have some straw baskets and use them to put random stuff :-)
Fabulous Ginny! People's ingenuity always amazes and impresses me.
No. I dont have many baskets...I used to have several. One I have now has a blanket in it for the cats to sleep in. A small one has pennies in it..another has quilty stuff.. just random thing in any other o have.
I have several baskets around the house I use for various things. Like Ann, I like to make gift baskets for people sometimes!
Wow! Those would have need a special setting, to fit into. Maybe a very girly, frilly boudoir? They certainly wouldn't fit in, just anywhere. -grin-

Oh how pretty!! Yes, I've got a few baskets but they are of the Goodwill variety... nothing fancy. I usually buy a basket when I have a need for one, rather than the other way around. Love, Andrea xoxo
WOW, all of these are interesting. The second is my favorite.
thank you for your comment today, telling where the phrase "to get someone's goat", comes from. I'm familiar with the phrase, but never knew, where it came from!!!!
And I do love "phrases" or "colloquialisms"! There are so many, and some, are unique to certain places. Love to find out, the "why" of them.
These are beautiful -- and unique -- baskets.
