They're pretty. I'm surprised they were developed so late...although I had never heard of them.
I remember hearing, during one of Dog The Bounty Hunter episodes, that stargazer lilies were Beth's favorite flower. Poor Beth... God rest her soul. She's been gone a year already. These are gorgeous, Ginny. Thank you for posting such beautiful pictures. Love, Andrea xoxo
Gorgeous flowers! The colors are so vibrant!
Have a awesome day!
Blessings,Joanne
I've seen these, but never knew they were called star gazers...their name is just as pretty as they are.

I didn't know that Tiger Lilies could be pink - they are gorgeous!
The stargazer is a striking lily. I love it.
Striking and very colorful florals. I sure am smiling big today! HUgs across the miles xo
They are gorgeous! And I like the name “stargazer” :-)
Absolutely stunning Ginny π
I enjoy Greek Mythology also and was very interested about Hera’s connection to these flowers.
I love the stargazer lily. Their aroma is truly magical. Our son and his wife sent me a beautiful bouquet for Mother's Day this year. It contained two stargazers amongst several other gorgeous blooms, but it was the stargazers I could smell even across the room. So lovely. I can't grow anything so if you grew these, I am very jealous, haahahaa ... xoxo
Such a pretty color. They look very much like lilies.
