The Applachian Angels

There they were, all lined up for a block. The Applachian Angels. The building used to be a Luthern Church, now it is the Applachian Christian School, grades K thru 12. Every December they display the angels, each one representing a student who passed away. Each one, a tribute from the family.

As the sun set, they became a heavenly and otherworldly blue.

Lined up almost like soldiers ready for battle. But their earthly battles were over.

“We are each of us angels with only one wing, and we can only fly by embracing one another.”

Luciano De Crescenzo

Those angels are so special, Ginny. And I love how the Christian school grounds turned bluish with the sunset. It all looks so pretty.

Merry Christmas to you, dear friend. You are a lovely woman spreading peace and so much goodness on your blog posts. I really enjoy seeing them every week.
