Christmas Day 2022

We had a lovely Christmas day with our son & his family. I had put out a kind of buffet.

The youngest, Jazz, had a blast opening her presents.

We got her a Karoke machine with flashing lights, and she was in Heaven.

We gave our middle granddaughter, Dara, her first cell phone. She was totally overcome!

They also got this flashing remote controlled flying ball.

When they flew it up near the ceiling, it made the prettiest light show.

They made the frosting drip dwn the sides of the gigerbread house. A cool look.

And I got some good alone time with Anne Marir, our oldest. She is going to both high school and governor's school, driving herself, and has a job as well. She had her coffee in a gingerbread mug.

At the end of the day, we took a group shot of us.

A family is a bunch of people who keep confusing you with someone you were as a kid.

What a wonderful Christmas with your family, Ginny. That flashing flying ball is so cool. I think my grandgirls would love that. What a cute gingerbread house, and I like how the frosting is dripping down. Wow, I bet your granddaughter was overjoyed getting a cell phone. The gingerbread coffee cup is so cute too. Sounds like your oldest granddaughter is doing a lot right now. And a treasured photo of all of you to remember this Christmas day.

May the new year be bright for you, Ginny.

HI Ginny There have been several issues i have had that has made me cut back on commenting, health being one and told to do less which for me is extremely difficult. now I am away in Australia staying with my family and I am certainly relaxing and resting here. No groups to run (I run 6 groups at home) roughly 120 people involved. However I do endeavour to make a post a day still as I know there are still some people who like to pop in (like yourself) and see what I have been photographing, I hope this explain things and you understand. Now I see you family have grown up very quickly and what a gorgeous family. Looks like you had a good Christmas and I will wish all the best for 2023

Wonderful pictures of the girls. You did a great job capturing their expressions. It must have made you feel very warm and fuzzy inside to see how much they loved their gifts.
Very nice family picture too.

Wonderful photos, Ginny! Your family is beautiful. It looks like you had a lot of fun on Christmas. I had to do a search on Governer's school, I did not know what it was. How wonderful for her - she is an amazing and beautiful young lady.
