The Visit

Our son & youngest granddaughter Jazz were out walking their dog, and passed our house. They stopped in for a few minutes. Jazz showed me how she can do a cartwheel!

A perfect landing!

Meanwhile, husband & son were deep in a conversation in the kitchen.

With a large dog in the house, our Simba thought it a good idea to go and hide.

Time to say goodbye!

Great post! I could never do a cartwheel so I'm impressed, and that picture of Simba made me laugh out loud.

s i m b a behind the curtain is absolutely beautiful photo and that quote is so true! I always wanted to be able to do those cartwheels but have never been able to. That was a shock to see a dog in your house and I love the picture of hubby and son and I had no idea that they were close enough to walk by your house

What a pleasant surprise to have them stop by. And you had entertainment too. I saw someone do a cartwheel on tv the one day and wondered to myself if I could still do one. I didn't try. I was pretty sure I would hurt myself.
Simba is going to need a bigger bag if she wants to stay out of sight...lol

Thumbs up for Jazz doing a perfect cartwheel. Simba hiding his head in the paper bag makes me laugh.

Good for you, Jazz, to have mastered the cartwheel. I had to learn it when I was young, but never managed to do a full one haha. Looks like Simba was a bit anxious with a dog in the house. So glad you got to see your son and Jazz, Ginny. That just makes our day when we see family.
