Peonies

The Peonies at the house down the street have bloomed. they are beautiful.

These tiny flowers under them are apparently Columbine.

These are some other Peonies I saw awhile back. Different from the others, but just as pretty.

We've tried planting peonies, but they aren't doing very well. The ones in your pictures are beautiful! ❤️

Lovely. I'm not all that familiar with peonies, not sure we have a lot of them around here.

The peonies are beautiful. I don't think mine are even close to blooming yet. I'll have to check. The Columbine are pretty too.

Peonies are one of my favorite flowers. We've had a hard time getting them to bloom, but we think we may have buds this year!

These are all so very pretty...the one in your header is totally gorgeous. I need to plant some of these. I was checking the price of peonies last week...the kind you buy from a florist...They sell for $9.00 a stem in our area. They are truly so very pretty though...

Ginny, I had a blog friend who LOVED Peonies. She doesn't blog any more, but I remember her liking them so. They are such beautiful flowers, and they look sturdy too. These Peonies down the street from you are so pretty. And their color is blush, just perfect. Happy Mother's Day, Ginny!
