“In the same way, we can see and understand only
a little about God now, as if we were peering at his reflection in a poor mirror; but
someday we are going to see him in his completeness, face-to-face. Now all that
I know is hazy and blurred, but then I will see everything clearly, just as
clearly as God sees into my heart right now.”
1 Corinthians - Living Bible

Pray that will will be able to see clearly someday :)
We have lots and lots of Killdeer at the ranch!
Lovely reflections. I especially like the first picture. When I was growing up there was an empty lot next to our house that was a favorite spot of the killdeer to lay their eggs. I see them occasionally around here.
Great photos of the Killdeer. It has been years since I saw one.
Oh Ginny...these images are perfection!
I agree with Anni, perfection. what a beautiful bird, and one i have not seen. had no idea what a killdeer is until now. perfect
I have seen some killdeers around here. They are fascinating! You got a beautiful photo with the reflection. I love the verse you shared. We shall see Him face to face!!
You got some great reflections of the killdeer. Very well done!
Beautiful reflection! I've never heard of killdeer before. They are very pretty :-)
That first picture is perfection!!!! Someday everything will be clear to us who believe!!
Ann
Perfect verse to accompany your photos.
Great capture.
Pretty bird and GREAT reflection.....
How are you feeling? You are always in my thoughts and prayers.
I talked about a new book you would enjoy reading on my blog today....
Hugs,
Betsy
Lovely photo but why is it called a killdeer?

You catch the best images! Hope you're feeling better!
Ginny, to answer your question Sophie is a violinist. It's so special because her first violin was the same violin my Dad bought me in 1958 to play. Since then she has bought a newer one. My old violin just needed a new bridge and of course bow but it still sounds really good.

How cool I have never ever seen one of those before. Love the verse.
Beautiful pictures. The light in the first one is especially good.
Nice reflections!
