Daredevils

Though this person is descending through sun rays, look how close he is to the wires! Did he land on them? We didn't stick around to see.

This time it is both wires and poles.

Finally, no wires! But a strong wind blew this flyer and his fan dangerously sideways.

You know what they say about skydivers, right? There are old skydivers and bold skydivers, but there are no old, bold skydivers.

I would worry about those wires, too!

Great photos Ginny and I really don't know how they do it. The wires look very dangerous.

Oh dear, hope he landed safely!

He should have considered the strong wind and chose a place far away from the wires. Hope he is safe!

Too close to those wires for comfort

The picture in your header looks like he's coming right down on that wire. I wonder how scared that last one was. I think I would be in a panic.

Dear me!! Love the quote today.

wow, looks dangerous to me. they fly them out at our beaches and sometimes fall in the water, which is better than wires.

I think I'll just stay on the ground!

Oh my, so close to wires. I wonder how much control he can have in the sky. Maybe he is very skilled and it's nothing, but that sure looks scary to me!

One of these passed over here not too long ago, but I could not get out my camera quick enough to take a good photo.

*haha* I love that quote, Ginny! Boy, you wouldn't catch me doing that, for sure. Yikes. But I ride on the back of my husband's Harley and lots of people say they wouldn't dare do that either so.... perhaps there's varying levels of "crazy". *LOL*

As far as my blood pressure goes, the reason my specialist said that my life is going to be limited is because my pressure simply will NOT come down even with taking 4 different medications. I'm very very lucky if my pressure reads 140/90.... that's "low" for me. On average it's 160/96... 160/94... 160/100... and that's with me sitting down and "resting" for 10 minutes before taking it. It's not odd for it to be 180/100. So my blood pressure averages at a level most people's blood pressure is considered "dangerously high". That's why my hypertension specialist said that people like me don't have a normal life span. Hope that clears up any confusion.

Love, Andrea xoxo

This looks like much fun, but I'm too afraid of heights to even consider doing something like this. Gosh....such risk they take when you have to consider the elements of nature as well as things like electrical poles or telephone wiring...

WHO thought of doing this??

;-)

It would never cross my mind!
