Pancakes & Santa

So what were those people doing in my last post? On Saturday, our granddaughter's school had a pancake breakast fundraiser. Teachers mingled dressed as a snowman and reindeer.

Santa was there with a photographer, to take pics of kids on his lap. Look at the look on the face of the girl on the right!

Some people were wearing lighted headbands and necklaces.

Then The Signature Singers came up on the stage to sing for everyone! Our granddaughter Jazz was right in the front. She can sing well.

She was dressed as a little elf.

At one point between two songs, she was holding her tummy and talking to the girl next to her. Nervous butterflies? She was smiling, though.

This was hanging in the hallway. There was a pen hanging from it, and the kids were to write what brought them joy.

And on the blackboard they had written about each of us being different, and how teamwork makes us even better. The flowers are all made from handprints!

I was a bit off - I used to enjoy visiting my sons schools and watching them perform. The last performance I saw was Navy - a senior and they were doing a musical, Men in Tights and of course he was the quarterback and was in tights! It was so funny. He’s a bit shy and I was pleased he stepped out of his comfort zone to add many smiles to many of his friends.

Schools always have many fun activities during Christmas. I just wished they wouldn’t shy away from mentioning the real meaning of Christmas.

Your granddaughter is adorable and looks like she really enjoys the stage! Thanks so much for sharing.

what a fun idea for a breakfast get together. love what they did with the hands art. I tried to figure out how they did it while looking at the header, did not see the hands until I read the answer. I did get part of it right about taking photos. the little girl is priceless and I can tell everyone was having fun. Jazz looks so happy and cute

This is wonderful Ginny! Jazz looks cute up there dressed as an elf. I love that lighted headband, and would like one for myself! haha That is a funny photo of Santa with the kids. Her little face is priceless. And the teachers got in the spirit and dressed up as a snowman and reindeer. Those handprint flowers look like dandelions! They're beautiful.

**just wanted to tell you about the sugared cranberries Jess made for her wine. She made homemade syrup (1 cup water and 1 cup sugar boiled and cooled), then rolled the cranberries in that because it's sticky. Let them set for an hour + then rolled them in sugar. It was easy. : )

I have been out of touch for a while with so much going on in my life and I was lost because of my illness but I'm stronger and I am here to tell you about a natural remedy that is guaranteed to make you wonder why your doctor didn't tell you about it. Then, on the other hand, it is pretty obvious why your doctor didn't, because that's not his job, is it? But, seriously, promise me you won't get too angry with your health practitioner, it's really not their fault. They can only practice what they're told to practice, right? When your health is at risk there's no time for Tom foolery, you've got to get down to the cause and nip it in the bud. So you've been suffering from painful gout attacks have you? Well, allow me to give you a new perspective on the solution to what plagues you I was once in your shoe until my college friend introduce me to Dr Itua herbal center which cure my hiv/herpes,Lymphedema, after drinking it for two weeks as instructed, Dr Itua is an africa herbal doctor who has natural power to cure all human illness diseases I believe Dr Itua so much because he help me cure my hiv/ herpes which has being my burden in life so I promised Dr Itua that I will testify about his work online after curing me and that is what I'm doing here so please if you are sick from those diseases do not hesitate to write Dr Itua Herbal Center On Email: drituaherbalcenter@gmail.com Or chat with him on his online store www.drituaherbalcenter.com

Sunday Sunset

I snapped these from the Target parking lot. The sun had just gone down, but the trees were hiding the very bottom part of the sunset. Life...
