The Blues

Our friend came to visit today. She had been to New Zealand to visit her daughter. This is what her daughter crocheted for her. I have never seen anything like it!

She brought me this tote bag from the New Zealand Zoo gift shop, it looks like leather.

“Crochet is like painting with yarn- it allows you to create beautiful works of art with your own hands.”

The crochet is so velvety and fluffy that I really want to put it on

Wow, her daughter is good at crocheting. That hat and gloves set is gorgeous. I love the colors. Are those fingerless gloves?
The tote bag is really pretty too. How nice of her to bring it back for you.
