We are in a blizzard. In some places, two inches of snow an hour has fallen. Then tomorrow and the next day, we are to get two different waves of ice and freezing rain. Mass power outages are very likely. Our state has been declared an emergency. So if you don't hear from me for awhile, you will know why.
Here are some tiny bird footprints in our yard.

we can't escape the fact that life is precarious.”

Good luck! I hope you don't lose power, or if you do that it won't be out long. That's scary. Please stay safe and warm.
I'm so sorry to hear this and hope you have a heat source other than electricity.
I do not and therefore that is my concern when the power goes out. You are in my prayers.
Brrr.... Hope you'll be able to stay warm indoors, at least!
Hope it's not as bad as predicted. We've had a couple times where we were supposed to get ice storms but they never happened.
Stay safe and warm.
What a quote. Thank you.

I hope your power stays on! We are expecting a big storm today too...
Been praying for you all and the folks in your area. Stay safe, warm and comfortable. Big Hugs Ginny.....Hoping and praying your electricity stays on...no power losses.
I’m praying that the storm passes through quickly and that there are no power outages. Remember God will see us through the storm!

Oh Ginny, I will be thinking of you during this wintery time. Oh my, a blizzard. We are supposed to get another snowfall in February too. Winter is not over for both of us. These little bird tracks are so cute, and you took some great pictures of them. Bundle up and stay warm, Ginny. I'll check in from time to time to see if you posted any updates. : )

The birds leaving prints all over like that make it seems like they are very active. Maybe gathering food before the storm.
Thanks for your comment on my post today. I agree. Some people are suspicious, but it is biblical. Speaking in Tongues is in Acts 2.
Oh, stay safe, cozy and warm.
Those types of blizzards seem so scary to me. Praying your power stays on.
Love the bird tracks in your yard. Great photo
